ConversionIQ, Inc. ("ConversionIQ," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website conversioniq.ai and use our services, including CommentResponder™ and ChattiLive™ (collectively, the "Services").

• Social media platform data (comments, messages) via authorized API access

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics)
• Social media platforms as required to deliver our AI moderation and chat services
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security audits. While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

To protect our forms from spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection service that may run silently in the background and collect technical information such as your IP address, browser characteristics, and interaction signals to verify that you are a human visitor. This processing is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with our Services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Data we receive from Google is subject to the shorter retention period described in Section 7.

7. Google User Data

This section applies only to data we receive from Google when you connect a Google Business Profile account. It supplements the rest of this Policy, and where the two differ, this section controls for Google data.

7.1 What we access

With your permission, we request a single Google permission to manage your Business Profile. It lets us read your business locations and the reviews left on them (review text, star rating, and the reviewer's public name and profile photo), and post replies to those reviews on your behalf.

7.2 How we use it

• To show your reviews in your ConversionIQ dashboard
• To draft suggested replies with our AI engines
• To publish replies you approve. Replies are only published automatically if you explicitly turn on automatic replies for that profile, and you can turn them off at any time.

We do not use Google data to train or fine-tune any AI model, including our own. Models tailored to your account learn only from replies you have approved, which are your own content. Data received from Google APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or ML models.

7.3 How we share it

We do not sell Google data, and we do not use or share it for advertising, retargeting, or credit decisions. Review content is processed by our own AI models. When those cannot meet our quality bar, it may be sent to third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic) acting as our service providers, solely to generate a reply for you. We may also disclose Google data where required by law or as part of a merger or acquisition, with your prior consent. Our staff do not view your Google data except with your permission (for example, to resolve a support request), for security purposes, or to comply with the law.

7.4 How we protect it

Google data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. The access tokens Google issues when you connect your Business Profile are stored encrypted in a dedicated, PCI-compliant secrets vault, separate from our application database. No ConversionIQ employee has direct access to these tokens. When our team needs to troubleshoot an issue, they do so through the ConversionIQ platform itself, and every such action is logged.

7.5 How long we keep it

Content we receive from Google (review text, star ratings, and reviewers' names and photos) is stored securely and deleted within 30 days. Older reviews are retrieved from Google when you view them and are not stored. We keep records of our own activity on your account, such as the replies you approved and when they were posted.

7.6 Revoking access

You can disconnect your Google Business Profile from ConversionIQ at any time in your account settings, or revoke our access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the Google data we hold for that profile.

ConversionIQ's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and assist in marketing. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you a notification.
